KABUL: The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Emirate, Amir-ul-Momineen, Shaikh-ul-Hadith Mawlavi Hebatullah Akhundzada, met with the Governor of Paktia, Mulla Mehrullah Hamad, the head of the Council of Scholars, the Provincial Police Commander, the head of intelligence, and officials from all Emirati institutions of the province.
Spokesman of the Islamic Emirate Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid, in a statement, said on Friday that praising the activities of the provincial officials, the Supreme Leader emphasized that they should be attentive to their responsibilities.
He also stressed the importance of enforcing Islamic and Sharia laws.
According to the statement, Amir-ul-Momineen reiterated the need for good coordination among officials and obedience to the Islamic Emirate’s directives.
It was noted that the leader advised the officials of the province to make concerted efforts to solve the problems of the people, ending enmities, disputes, and ethnic biases, and ensuring better security within the community.
