KABUL: The Afghan U19 cricket team achieved a significant victory over the Hong Kong team, winning by 8 wickets in the World Cup qualifying match.
In the game, the Oman team set a target of 71 runs for the Afghan team after being bowled out in 36.2 overs.
In response, the Afghan team successfully chased down the target in just 14.2 overs, losing only 2 wickets.
It’s worth noting that the Afghan U19 team is scheduled to play against the United Arab Emirates and Nepal on the 16th and 19th of this month.
