KABUL: A high-level delegation from the Pakistani government, led by Mohammad Sadiq Khan, the country’s special representative for Afghanistan, has arrived in Kabul.
Sources from the Pakistani embassy in Kabul told Radio Omid that the plane carrying the delegation landed at Hamid Karzai International Airport today.
According to the sources, the visit is a one-day trip, and the delegation is set to participate in a joint coordination committee meeting between Afghanistan and Pakistan.
The visit comes at a time when Islamabad has intensified the forced expulsion of Afghan migrants in recent weeks.
