KABUL: The Acting Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Mawlavi Abdul Manan Omari, met with Hussein Boutani, the head of Qatar’s Red Crescent Society, in his office.
During the meeting, Boutani provided information about his country’s projects and plans.
He stated, “We are implementing all our projects in accordance with the principles and foundations of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, and we are committed to this principle.”
Mawlavi Abdul Manan Omari praised the activities of Qatar’s Red Crescent and requested that they provide full support to the most vulnerable segments of society, particularly children and returning refugees, dedicating more projects to them.
It is noteworthy that Qatar’s Red Crescent Society is engaged in activities in Afghanistan related to water supply, emergency assistance projects, and support for orphans and vulnerable children.
