KABUL: Nooruddin Azizi, the Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, during a meeting with a number of Afghan traders residing in Pakistan stated that a special camp with specific facilities has been established for traders and industrialists returning to Afghanistan.
The ministry, in a statement, said today that Azizi discussed special provisions, including tax and customs exemptions, for Afghan traders and industrialists who return to the country.
He emphasized full support of the Islamic Emirate for traders and industrialists, noting that extensive measures are being implemented to facilitate voluntary return, resettlement, and improvement of living conditions for refugees in Afghanistan.
He also stressed the importance of bilateral discussions to find appropriate solutions regarding the expulsion of Afghan migrants.
A joint delegation from various Emirati institutions, led by Nooruddin Azizi, traveled to Pakistan yesterday.
