GHAZNI: As a result of 4 traffic accidents, 2 people were martyred, and 5 others were wounded, in Ghazni province, the province’s police command press office said in a statement today.
According to the statement, the accidents occurred in the districts of Maqur, Andar, along the Kabul-Kandahar highway, and in the Nawar district of Ghazni, as a result of collisions between motorcycles and fast-moving vehicles, as well as motorcycle-to-motorcycle crashes.
The Ghazni police emphasized that traffic police responded promptly to assist the victims of the accidents.
The main cause of the incidents has been called failure to adhere to traffic rules.
Traffic accidents periodically result in casualties and injuries in the center and provinces.
