KABUL: U.S. President Donald Trump has responded to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s opposition to the integration of Crimea with Russia.
Following Zelensky’s stance, Trump warned that the U.S. may bypass the ongoing negotiations aimed at ending the war in Ukraine.
At the same time, U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance echoed Trump’s warning, stating that if Russia and Ukraine do not accept the peace proposals put forth by the United States, the U.S. will consider withdrawing from the process.
