KABUL: Following the recent attack on Kashmir the Pakistan has sought assistance from Gulf countries to help resolve the escalating tensions between India and Pakistan.
According to the Associated Press, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif made the remarks during a meeting with representatives from Gulf nations.
He held separate discussions with ambassadors from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates, informing them about Pakistan’s stance regarding the April 22 attack in the Pahalgam region of Kashmir.
This comes as the U.S. Secretary of State has urged a peaceful resolution to the tensions during a phone conversation with the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
