Tripartite meeting of Afghanistan, Pakistan, and China held in Kabul

KABUL: A tripartite meeting between Afghanistan, Pakistan, and China has been held in Kabul, with the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi, on the chair, the ministry said in a statement today.

The meeting took place today and was hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan, to discuss security cooperation and regional stability.

In addition to security and regional stability, economic issues were also included in the agenda of the tripartite meeting.

This meeting was held while the leaders of China and Russia yesterday emphasized continuing cooperation with Afghanistan within the framework of bilateral and multilateral formats.
