KABUL: Shaikh Mohammad Khalid Hanafi, the Acting Minister of Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, stated that obedience forms the foundation of the Islamic system.
According to a statement from the ministry on Monday, Minister Hanafi made the remarks during a ceremony aimed at the proper implementation of the law of promotion of virtue and prevention of vice, attended by deputies from various ministries and independent agencies.
He emphasized the necessity of complete obedience to Allah, the Messenger of Allah, and the authorities in all matters.
Efforts are currently underway to clarify and explain the law of the promotion of virtue and prevention of vice to provincial and central offices.
