Over 430 Afghans released from Pakistani jails, return home, ministry

KABUL: The Ministry of Refugees and Repatriations said in separate statements on Sunday that 439 individuals have been released from different prisons in Pakistan within the last three days and repatriated to the country.
The individuals had been arrested in various parts of Pakistan, and after release, they entered the country via the Spin Boldak and Torkhan ports.
The released Afghan citizens have been sent to their home areas after being registered by the Registration and Reception Committee of the High Commission for Addressing Refugee Problems.
More than 100 Afghan citizens were released from Pakistani prisons and returned to the country in the past one week.
