FAIZABAD: The police spokesman of Badakhshan, Ehsanullah Kamgar, said today that a traffic accident claimed the lives of two individuals and perished 20 livestock.
According to Kamgar, the accident occurred in the Qarakamar area along the Faizabad-Kishm district highway when a livestock-carrying truck veered off the road and overturned and resulting in the deaths of two people and the loss of 20 livestock.
Traffic accidents have periodically claimed the lives of citizens in the country.
