KABUL: A polio vaccination campaign during a ceremony has officially begun today in Ghazni province.
The ceremony was attended by Ghazni’s Deputy Governor Hafiz Abdul Rashid Omari, Public Health Director Dr. Mohammad Zarak Zairak, Police Chief Mohammad Alam Makhdoom, officials from the World Health Organization (WHO), and several other representatives from the Islamic Emirate.
The Ghazni Public Health Directorate stated that officials were urged to collaborate closely with relevant sector representatives to ensure the successful implementation of the campaign.
