KABUL: Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, has stated that Afghan authorities have been instructed to utilize domestic products in their daily expenditures.
According to Radio Omid correspondent, Baradar made the remarks today during the opening ceremony of the fourth National Industry Week exhibition here in Kabul.
He emphasized that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is trying to support the country’s industrialists. Baradar also noted that the Islamic Emirate’s return has created opportunities for investment within the country.
He reiterated that industry is the foundation for the country’s progress.
This is because Afghanistan has achieved self-sufficiency in various production sectors, and this trend continues.
