KABUL: The meeting of the Security and Purification Commission was held with the acting Minister of National Defense and Head of the Commission, Mawlavi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid, on the chair, assessing the country’s security situation.
According to a statement from the commission on Wednesday, the participants discussed the country’s borders and demarcation lines and added that the country’s current security situation is satisfactory and better.
Also, the meeting participants emphasized the need for stronger control over border areas, firm actions against violators, and enhanced coordination along the borders, the statement concluded.
