KABUL: Following the largest drone and missile attack by Russia on Ukraine since the beginning of the three-year war, U.S. President Donald Trump warned Russian President Vladimir Putin, stating that he is “playing with fire.”
Trump expressed on the social media platform Truth Social that Putin does not realize that, had it not been for him, worse events would have occurred for Russia.
Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that since the 20th of this month, Ukraine has significantly increased its drone and missile attacks on Russian territory, using Western munitions to target civilian areas, emphasized that their airstrikes have been retaliatory, precise, and solely aimed at facilities and companies within Ukraine’s military-industrial complex.
