KABUL: Voice of America (VOA) will lay off all remaining employees this week.
According to a report by Politico, four employees from the agency indicated that the human resources department has informed staff that termination emails will be sent out this week.
This announcement comes after around 600 contracted workers were laid off by the Trump administration at the beginning of this month.
