KABUL: The police spokesman of the Jawzjan Qari Abul Satar Halimi, said today that a traffic accident in the Khanaqa district of the province has resulted in the deaths of four individuals and injuries to two others.
According to him, the incident occurred, when two vehicles crashed, causing casualties among six people including a woman and two children.
Officials of the province called the reason behind the accident driver’s negligence and stated that the injured had been taken to the hospital for treatment.
Traffic accidents have significantly increased in the country over the past few years, with major contributing factors being driver negligence, speeding, and non-compliance with traffic regulations.
