KABUL: A delegation led by Mullah Mohammad Hanif Hamza, Deputy Minister for Finance and Administration of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, has traveled to Russia to participate in the International Digital Conference.
Enayatullah Alkozai, spokesperson for the ministry, said in a statement on Saturday night, that the delegation attended the International Digital Conference hosted by Russia, where they delivered speeches.
The conference is recognized as an important international forum for digital cooperation.
According to the statement, high-ranking officials, specialists, and investors from dozens of countries participated in discussions on telecommunications, digital technology, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital economy, and good governance.
The Deputy Minister spoke about advancements and challenges in the technology sector within the country, drawing global attention.
