KABUL: Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, has urged Afghans living abroad to return home and live with dignity.
In his speech after the Eid prayer at the Arg, he stated that everyone has been granted amnesty, including those who served the occupiers for many years.
This comes as many former military and civilian officials have returned to the country in collaboration with the “Contact Commission with Afghan Personalities,” receiving safety cards upon their return.
