KABUL: A total of 529 various types of military vehicles and 38 weapons have been repaired by the technical team of the 217th Umari Army Corps of the Ministry of National Defense, the ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.
The statement said the repaired vehicles included 50 Humvee tanks, 8 tanks, 63 internationals, 316 forklifts, and some other vehicles.
Also, various kinds of military weapons have been repaired by the engineers of the 217th Umari Army Corps, said the statement.
It is pertinent to mention that engineering teams of the Ministry of National Defense have so far repaired thousands of various types of military vehicles, and necessary efforts are underway to repair all destroyed vehicles.
