KABUL: Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced that he met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the sidelines of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) summit, where they discussed important topics related to regional peace and stability.
Sharif stated on his official X account that the meeting also addressed the expansion of bilateral cooperation.
He emphasized that Pakistan and Turkey will continue to strengthen and sustain their efforts for regional stability.
The meeting comes at a time when Pakistan is facing various security and economic challenges.
