KABUL: Qari Mohammad Younus Rashid, Deputy Minister for Youth Affairs at the Ministry of Information and Culture, discussed various issues related to the intellectual reform and economic empowerment of the country’s youth during a debate on Omaid Radio.
He stated that several employment programs for young people have been initiated.
Qari Rashid emphasized that the Islamic Emirate is committed to providing comprehensive support to youth and has launched programs in the capital, Kabul, and several provinces to assist them.
He highlighted efforts to facilitate online business opportunities, mentioning that the Ministry of Information and Culture currently coordinates with relevant ministries to train around 1,000 individuals in freelancing.
Additionally, the Deputy Minister assured young people returning from neighboring countries that job opportunities are being provided for them.
According to Qari Mohammad Younus Rashid, the Ministry of Youth Affairs has begun collaborating with the Ministry of Refugees to implement educational programs focused on intellectual reform and economic empowerment for returning youth.
He described young people as an essential segment of society and emphasized their fundamental role in nation-building.
