Trump calls flood damages in Texas as “Unprecedented”

KABUL: Donald Trump, the President of the United States, has described the devastation caused by recent floods in Texas as “unprecedented” during his visit on the eighth day of this deadly natural disaster.

Associated Press reported this morning, Trump toured flood-affected areas in Texas, where the catastrophic flooding in mountainous regions has resulted in the deaths of 129 people, with more than 170 others still missing.

During his visit, Trump praised and defended the federal government’s response to aid victims of the disaster.

He met privately with some relatives of the flood victims behind closed doors.

Meanwhile, the search for the missing individuals continues, as the extraordinary flooding from heavy rainfall last week inundated the “Kerr” area located in the Texas Hill Country.
