Increase in Hunger in Gaza; Israeli army kills 115 Palestinians in one day

KABUL: As hunger and food blockade intensify in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army has killed 115 Palestinians across the territory in a single day.
Al Jazeera reported today that at least 92 people were martyred yesterday while waiting in line for food at the “Zikim” crossing in northern Gaza and food distribution areas in “Khan Younis.”
The report states that at least 79 individuals were killed in Zikim while gathering to receive flour from a humanitarian aid convoy.
Additionally, health officials in the Gaza Strip confirmed that 19 more people died in the past 24 hours due to severe hunger in the area.
Raziq Bitar, a survivor in Zikim, recounted while transferring a victim: “We saw this young man lying on the ground, and we transported him by bicycle. We tried to save him, but there was nothing. No ambulance, no food, no life; there is no way left to survive.”
In recent weeks, nearly a thousand people have been directly targeted and killed by the Israeli army while waiting for food in the Gaza Strip.
