KABUL: More than a hundred humanitarian organizations, including Doctors Without Borders, have issued a warning about the deteriorating human situation in Gaza.
In a recent statement, these organizations noted that residents of Gaza, including humanitarian workers are facing hunger and famine, and are at serious risk of death.
In their joint statement, 111 organizations called for an immediate ceasefire and urged all parties involved to allow humanitarian aid groups to operate without obstruction under the auspices of the United Nations, to facilitate efforts to prevent famine and rescue operations.
Reports indicate that recently, during food distribution efforts, thousands of innocent Palestinians have been killed or injured due to gunfire from the Israeli regime.
