GHAZNI: A traffic accident in Ghazni province has resulted in at least 7 fatalities and several injuries.
According to Radio Omid correspondent, security and health officials in Ghazni confirmed the deadly incident saying that the accident occurred when a passenger vehicle of type 580 collided with a trailer truck in the Askar Kot area of Ghazni province.
The officials of the Ghazni Public Health Directorate stated that hospitals and health centers in the province are fully prepared to treat the injured of the accident.
The exact number of casualties, including those killed and injured, is still unclear.
In the past two days, five individuals have also died or been injured in various traffic incidents in Ghazni.
