KABUL: The meeting of the Commission for Security and Clearance Affairs was held with Mawlavi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid, the acting Minister of National Defense, in the chair, to discuss the protection of the development projects.
According to a statement from the commission on Wednesday, the meeting included comprehensive discussions on the country’s overall security situation and border’ safeguarding.
“The ongoing economic projects are vital not only for economic growth, but also for national stability, strengthening public trust, and expanding the country’s infrastructure,” said the statement.
Furthermore, specific decisions have been made to enhance coordination between security and civil institutions to ensure effective implementation of security plans, so that the mentioned projects can be executed efficiently, the statement added.
