KABUL: Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate, has issued an oral directive allowing free access to parks and recreational areas for citizens across the country.
According to a statement from Arg today, based on the directive, citizens can enjoy the parks and recreational sites starting from this evening (Thursday) until the end of Friday night to celebrate.
The statement indicated that this order was issued to commemorate the fourth anniversary of the country’s takeover and the reinstatement of the Islamic Emirate’s rule in Afghanistan.
It further urged all citizens to participate in the celebrations by visiting recreational parks and enjoying the open spaces, marking this significant national day with unity and enthusiasm.
Preparations are underway across the country to celebrate August 15.
