KABUL: Western media, citing British officials, have reported that at least three people were killed and one other was injured in a helicopter crash in the country.
CNN reported on Monday night that the helicopter, which had four occupants, crashed 24 minutes after takeoff during a training flight in a farmland area on the Isle of Wight.
The airline company Northumbria, to which the helicopter belongs, stated that it had taken off from Sandown Airport. According to published information, the helicopter was of type G-OCLV.
Police have indicated that the condition of the sole injured individual is critically concerning. Some reports suggest that four occupants of the helicopter may have lost their lives.
