Two major development projects worth 100 million Afghanis inaugurated in Kapisa

MAHMUDE RAQI: Local officials in Kapisa province have announced the completion and inauguration of two significant development projects in Mahmud Raqi, valued at over 100 million Afghani.
The press office of the Kapisa governor stated on Monday, that the projects included the construction of a five-star hotel and residential buildings, as well as a commercial market associated with the municipality.
The aim of the projects is to create job opportunities, improve urban services, and provide facilities for the residents of Kapisa province.
The projects have been funded from the incentive budget of the Ministry of Finance and the financial resources of the Mahmud Raqi municipality.
The statement highlighted that the inauguration of these projects marks the beginning of a new era in urban development for Mahmud Raqi, as they will not only ease the lives of citizens but also create new job opportunities and economic activities for the people.
Economic experts believe that the construction of such projects will strengthen the revenue streams of municipalities, which are considered non-budgetary units.
