KABUL: In a meeting led by Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, it was decided to cancel the contracts for the “Oranus Wedding Hall” and its associated parking lot along the airport road in Kabul, replacing them with a dedicated market for showcasing precious and semi-precious stones.
This decision has been confirmed by the leadership of the Islamic Emirate.
Additionally, decisions regarding the “Khalij” and “Mumtaz Mahal” wedding halls were made, stating that they will be managed by the Kabul Municipality according to its principles after the expiration of their contracts.
According to the source, the “Nazif Market,” Aladdin Street oil tanks, and Zahir Shah Market have been opened for bidding, with rents to be collected from new tenants.
