Joint Naval Forces seize nearly one billion dollars worth of drugs in Arabian Sea

KABUL: Joint naval forces have announced that, under the leadership of Saudi Arabia, they have seized nearly one billion dollars worth of narcotics in the Arabian Sea.

In a statement, the forces stated that the confiscated drugs included 2 tons and 350 kilograms of crystal meth and 50 kilograms of cocaine.

Commodore Fahd Al-Juwaid, commander of the Saudi naval forces and head of “CTF-150,” described the seizure as a significant achievement.

It is reported that after the seizure, all narcotics were transferred to a vessel for testing and subsequently destroyed following confirmation.
