KABUL: Joint naval forces have announced that, under the leadership of Saudi Arabia, they have seized nearly one billion dollars worth of narcotics in the Arabian Sea.
In a statement, the forces stated that the confiscated drugs included 2 tons and 350 kilograms of crystal meth and 50 kilograms of cocaine.
Commodore Fahd Al-Juwaid, commander of the Saudi naval forces and head of “CTF-150,” described the seizure as a significant achievement.
It is reported that after the seizure, all narcotics were transferred to a vessel for testing and subsequently destroyed following confirmation.
