PUL-E-ALAM: In the presence of government officials, local elders, influential figures, and residents of Logar province, the construction of two major development projects valued at over 1 billion Afghanis has commenced in the region.
According to Radio Omid correspondent, the projects include the construction and asphalting of a 3-kilometer road in the center of Logar province from the “Pul-e-Alam” area to the university, and the asphalting of a 32-kilometer road from the “Khidir” area in Pul-e-Alam to the Baraki Barak district of the province.
The funding for these projects will be provided from the budget of the Ministry of Public Works and will be completed within the next two years.
With the completion of these road projects, the transportation infrastructure challenges faced by the residents of Logar province will also be alleviated.
