KABUL: The second round of negotiations between Afghanistan and Pakistan is set to commence today, in Istanbul, Turkey.
The discussions continue from the agreements signed regarding a ceasefire between the two countries in Doha, Qatar.
During this round, representatives from both sides are expected to discuss the nature of security, economic, and technical mechanisms, as well as ways to enhance cooperation and strengthen mutual relations.
Previously, Islamic Emirate spokesperson Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid stated that a delegation, led by Mawlavi Rahmatullah Najib, the Deputy Minister of Interior, had traveled to Turkey for these negotiations.
