KABUL: Following reports about the death of a young woman named Farakhunda in Kabul, Khalid Zadran, spokesperson for the Kabul police command, stated that she passed away due to a stroke.
In a post on his X account, Zadran said today that information from Farakhunda’s family indicates that her death resulted from a stroke.
He emphasized that police investigations did not reveal any suspicious circumstances surrounding the young woman’s death.
Zadran noted that Farakhunda’s family has not pointed fingers or assigned blame to anyone thus far.
It is worth mentioning that news of the death of the young woman, who was reportedly just a year and a half into her marriage, has been circulating in the media since last night.
