KABUL: The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan held the fifth coordination meeting between sectoral ministries and relevant UN agencies.
During the meeting, Foreign Minister Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi stated that the international community should not use humanitarian assistance to Afghans for political gain and should take practical actions instead.
Criticizing Pakistan’s steps, he mentioned that Afghans are being displaced from their homes while their routes for returning to the country are closed.
The Foreign Minister emphasized that the international community must take practical and impartial measures to protect the rights of Afghans and improve the humanitarian situation.
