KABUL: The Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock has announced the arrival of an Uzbek delegation in Afghanistan.
In a statement released today, the ministry mentioned that the purpose of this delegation’s visit is to explore avenues for technical cooperation, enhance agricultural trade, and strengthen interactions between the two countries.
According to the statement, the Uzbek delegation is expected to meet with officials from the Ministry of Agriculture and representatives from Afghanistan’s private sector to discuss cooperation, experience exchange, and mutual opportunities in the agriculture and livestock sectors.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock noted that the delegation consists of representatives from various government agencies in Uzbekistan.
This visit coincides with ongoing efforts to transfer regional experiences in the agricultural sector to Afghanistan.
