IEA seeks good relations with all countries based on mutual respect, Hanafi

KABUL: Bekit Sadikov, the Minister of Economy of Kyrgyzstan, and his accompanying delegation, during their ongoing visit to Kabul met with Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, the Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs.

According to a statement from Mullah Hamdullah Fitrat, deputy spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, today Mr. Sadikov mentioned that his visit to Kabul coincides with the opening of the Kyrgyzstan Chamber of Commerce and aims to activate trade and economic relations between Kabul and Bishkek.

He added that several traders accompanying him are interested in investing in Afghanistan.

He further stated that Kyrgyzstan is prepared to collaborate with Afghanistan in areas such as e-governance, issuance of securities, establishing banking relations, and electronic payments.

The senior Kyrgyz official called the expansion of bilateral trade relations a significant factor in the friendship between the two countries.

Meanwhile, Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi expressed that the Islamic Emirate is open to any cooperation with Kyrgyzstan, emphasizing the importance of digitizing administrations and creating banking channels between Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan.

He concluded by reiteratingا that the Islamic Emirate seeks good relations with all countries based on mutual respect.

It is noteworthy that earlier today, the Kyrgyzstan Chamber of Commerce was officially opened in Kabul.
