KABUL: The human rights organization “Hangaw” has reported that 12 individuals, including an Afghan named Nazir, have been executed in various prisons across Iran.
The organization has criticized Iran’s execution practices, stating that the trials of these individuals have not been fair or transparent.
According to Hangaw’s report, since the beginning of the current fiscal year, at least 1,002 individuals have been executed in Iran, including 65 Afghans.
