KABUL: The Ministry of Refugees and Repatriations, in a statement the commencement of a land distribution process for building shelters for families of returning migrants in Maidan Wardak Province.
According to the statement, the ministry stated that this process has begun with the distribution of 75 residential plots to 75 families of returning migrants, facilitated by the Provincial Land Distribution Committee.
This initiative aims to create a foundation for the permanent settlement of returning migrants.
The statement emphasizes that the land distribution process will be conducted without any discrimination, with complete transparency and under close supervision.
Migrants receiving the residential plots have expressed their gratitude to the authorities for the support.
Efforts to provide permanent housing for returning migrants continue unabated.
