QALA-e-NAW: The Badghis provincial officials have announced the commencement of 32 development projects valued at over 315 million 490 thousand Afghanis.
According to a statement from the media office of the Badghis governor, the projects will cover various sectors in the city of Qala-i-Naw, the provincial capital, and the nine administrative units of the province.
Among the projects underway are the construction of administrative buildings for two districts, the administrative building for the police commands of four districts, and the construction of 11 mosques in the capital and districts of Badghis.
Local officials have stated that all of the projects are expected to be completed and operational by the beginning of the 1405 fiscal year.
The statement also mentioned that the implementation of the projects would provide job opportunities for many young individuals.
Badghis is one of the provinces located in the western region of the country and has previously lacked standard governance facilities in some districts.
