KABUL: The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has announced that the airspace ban on Indian aircraft will remain in effect until February 24.
The authority stated today that this ban is not limited to commercial flights but also includes all military and civilian aircraft owned by India.
Previously, the restriction was set to last until January 23.
According to reports, Pakistan’s airspace has been closed to Indian flights since April 23, following a deadly attack in the Pahalgam region of Kashmir that resulted in the deaths of 26 people.
It is important to note that no new decisions have been made regarding the normalization of air travel between the two countries.
