KABUL: Personnel of the 209th Shaheen Army Corps have rescued citizens stranded on the Hiratan highway due to heavy snowfall.
Defensive personnel from the Corps reported that they initiated rescue operations in response to the severe winter conditions, with assistance teams still working in the area.
