Storm in Iran’s capital claims 2 lives and leaves 41 injured

KABUL: At least two people have died and 41 others have been injured as a result of a storm in Iran, Iranian media reported.
Iranian state-run media outlet Tasnim News Agency, citing the Iranian Emergency Organization stated that the storm swept through Tehran, with the victims residing in the city.
The victims include a 60-year-old woman and a 15-year-old boy.
On Sunday evening, Tehran experienced a storm accompanied by thunder and lightning, which filled the air with dust.
This natural event has been described as unprecedented for Tehran.
