Doha and Washington sign defense and trade agreements

KABUL: During his visit to Qatar, U.S. President Donald Trump signed agreements with Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to strengthen defense and trade relations.
The Qatari Emir stated that following the signing of these agreements, both countries have entered a new phase in their relations.
At the same time, Trump described his discussions with the Emir regarding the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the regional situation as productive.
It is noteworthy that the U.S. President traveled to Doha following his visit to Riyadh.
