Houthi forces attack three targets in Israel

KABUL: The Yemeni Ansar Allah movement (Houthis) has announced that they targeted three significant sites in Israel with drone strikes.

Yahya Saree, the spokesperson for the movement, during an interview with Yemen’s Al-Masirah TV on Friday night, said that the attacks were directed at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv and facilities in cities such as Ashkelon and Be’er Sheva.

He emphasized that the assaults were carried out using unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) and successfully struck their targets.

Saree stated that the Yemeni armed forces’ drone units conducted three special military operations, targeting three Israeli enemy objectives with three drones.

As of now, there is no information available regarding potential casualties or damages from these attacks.

The Houthi strikes come at a time when Israel has recently decided to fully occupy the Gaza Strip, a move that Hamas in Gaza has described as escalating the conflict in the region.
