KABUL: The cabinet meeting, chaired by the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate, Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, discussed the establishment of standard oil refinery factories and creating facilities for returnees.
According to a statement from the Arg, the meeting also discussed important economic, social, and cultural issues of the country, and several decisions were made.
The Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, leading a delegation was assigned to research on oil refinery factories in the country.
Additionally, the delegation was instructed to encourage investors in the oil sector to establish factories with standard specifications and to install the necessary machinery.
Furthermore, a delegation under the leadership of the Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, Mullah Abdul Salam Hanafi, was tasked to meet with representatives from the Ministry of Urban Development, Kabul Municipality, and the General Directorate of Municipal Affairs to facilitate housing for returning refugees.
