KABUL: The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a statement condemned the explosion that occurred at a restaurant opf its citizens in Kabul.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China urged the authorities in Afghanistan to do everything possible to treat and save the lives of the injured individuals from the incident.
In part of the statement, China has requested that Afghanistan take further measures to ensure the security of Chinese nationals, projects, and institutions in the country.
Beijing also called for the identification of those responsible for the attack and their prosecution.
The explosion took place yesterday afternoon at a restaurant owned by Chinese citizens on Shar-Naw area of Gol Froshi Street in Kabul.
The Kabul Police Command confirmed that seven people, including one Chinese citizen, were killed and 13 others were injured in the incident.
