KABUL: Following the retaliatory “Radd al-Zulm” operation, Afghan defense and security forces have launched attacks on Saturday morning, on five Pakistani military posts along the disputed Durand Line in Paktika Province.
Local sources say the targeted posts are located in areas linked to the Terro District of Paktika and were attacked using both light and heavy weapons.
Footage circulating from the scene reportedly shows Afghan forces targeting a Pakistani military outpost built on elevated terrain.
So far, no official information has been released regarding possible casualties or damages resulting from the attack.
The clashes between Afghan defense forces and the Pakistan military have been ongoing for more than a week.
